Rules for the provision of Hotel services

THE PROVISION OF HOTEL SERVICES IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION (hereinafter referred to as the Resolution) as amended on December 27, 2024 No. 1951.

• The Hotel operates around the clock.

• The established check-in time at the Hotel is 14:00.

• Check-out time (check-out time) is 12:00.

• Check-in at the Hotel is subject to the presentation of an identity document in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation:

- passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation,

- passport of a citizen of the USSR (until its replacement within the established period),

- birth certificate (for persons under 14 years of age),

- temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation,

- international passport (for persons permanently residing outside the Russian Federation),

- passport of a foreign citizen or other document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document certifying the identity of a foreign citizen,

- a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document certifying the identity of a stateless person;

- temporary residence permit for a stateless person;

- residence permit for a stateless person;

- the temporary identity card of a stateless person in the Russian Federation.

• Check-in at the Hotel of minors under 14 years of age is carried out upon presentation of the minor's birth certificate and identity card of the parents (adoptive parents, guardians) accompanying him/her, or upon presentation of the written consent of the legal representatives (one of them) by the accompanying person.

• Check-in at the Hotel of minors over 14 years of age unaccompanied by legal representatives is carried out upon presentation of an identity document and written consent of the legal representatives (one of them).

• Registration of citizens of the Russian Federation and foreign citizens at the place of stay at the hotel is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and with the Rules for the registration of foreign citizens.

• Check-in at the Hotel is carried out upon condition of 100% prepayment. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer.

Payment procedure for services provided by the hotel

• Payment for accommodation and services provided by the Hotel is made at the prices set by the Price List approved by the Director of the Hotel.

• Check-in at the Hotel is subject to 100% prepayment. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer. Accommodation fees are charged in accordance with the established check-out time from 12:00 p.m. of the current day local time.

• The hotel makes a daily payment for accommodation-accommodation fees that are calculated per day according to the established check-in and check-out time (check-out time) at the Hotel.

• In case of guaranteed booking, the Guest's check-in before the set check-in time (early check-in) is carried out subject to payment in the amount of 100% of the room rate per day.

• In case of guaranteed and non-guaranteed booking, the Guest's check-in before 02:00 (early check-in) is carried out subject to payment in the amount of 100% of the room rate per day (clause 27 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 18, 2020 No. 1853 "On approval of the rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation" (hereinafter referred to as the Resolution) with amendments in accordance with the Decree of the Government of Russia No. 519 of 01.04.2021).

• In case of non-guaranteed booking and check-in of the Guest without prior booking, before the set check-in time (early check-in) from 02:00 to 14:00, payment is charged in the amount of 50% of the room rate per day.

• In case of delayed check-out of the Guest from 12:00 to 18:00, payment is charged in the amount of 50% of the room rate per day.

• In case of delayed check-out of the Guest from 18:01, payment is charged in the amount of 100% of the room rate per day.

• Check-in time at the Hotel is 14:00. In case of the guest’s arrival without prior booking before the specified time, check-in at the Hotel is possible subject to availability of rooms.

• If it is necessary to extend the stay at the Hotel, the Guest can contact the “Reception and Accommodation Service” 2 hours before the check-out time. Subject to availability of rooms at the Hotel, the stay may be extended. In case of extension of stay, the Guest pays 100% of the cost for the extended period according to the Tariffs approved on the extension date.

• Additional services are provided to Guests for an additional fee. The minibar is installed in all rooms of the Hotel and is subject to payment at the “Reception and Accommodation Service” counter upon check-out from the Hotel. Information on the list and cost of additional services is provided by the "Reception and Accommodation Service" and is also located in each room of the Hotel.

• Children under 6 years of age are accommodated free of charge.

• If possible, the Hotel may offer an extra bed for an additional fee in accordance with the current price list. 5000 RUR

• The Hotel provides Guests with the following services at no extra charge:

- the cancellation of an ambulance;

- using a first aid kit;

- delivery of correspondence to the room received in the name of the Guest;

- wake-up call at a certain time;

- calling a taxi;

• In all room categories, bed linen is changed on the third day from the date of arrival, towels are changed daily. At the request of the Guest, early change of bed linen and towels can be carried out at no extra charge, but not more than once a day.

• When checking out from the Hotel, the Guest makes the final payment for the services provided (including additional services) at the Reception and Accommodation Service desk and hands over the room key.

• When making payments at the Hotel, the Guest receives a cash receipt or other document drawn up on a strict reporting form.

• Payment methods:

- Upon check-in: in cash or by bank card (Visa, MasterCard, Mir, etc.)

- By making an advance payment on the website www.pushkinirkutsk.ru from a Russian bank card Visa, MasterCard, MIR, UnionPay, SberPay, Yandex Pay. This payment method supports payments only from cards issued by Russian banks, as well as from Mir payment system cards issued by banks in other countries.

- Bank transfer (for individuals) You will receive a booking confirmation and a receipt for payment at the bank.
