Loyalty program
Our hotel has a loyalty program, a program to reward regular guests, allowing you to receive discounts on accommodation.
After registration, the guest receives a virtual loyalty program member card, with which it is possible to book rooms on the official website with a discount corresponding to the current loyalty level.
Base - 5% discount
The first level — Base, provides a 5% discount on the first booking upon registration.
Silver - 7% discount
2. When you accumulate 150,000 rubles or more on your card, you move to the next level—Silver. This level provides a 7% discount for bookings on the website.
Gold - 10% discount
When you accumulate 500,000 rubles or more on your card, you move to the Gold level, which provides a 10% discount for bookings on the website.
Terms and conditions for participating in the loyalty program
1. To receive a discount on a future booking, log in to your guest's personal account in the same way you registered: for example, if you registered via VK ID, then next time you must log in via VK ID as well
2. Discounts on accommodation are provided only if you book directly on the hotel’s website: https://pushkinirkutsk.ru/booking.
3. When booking on the website, the discount on the booking is credited to the customer.
4. Accruals for bookings appear in the guest’s personal account and in the list of cards 5 days after check-out.
5. By deciding to participate in the loyalty program and registering a profile on the hotel website, the program participant gives their consent to the program organizer for collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, modification, use and other actions related to the fulfillment of the terms of the program for the period of its validity.
6. In case of violation by the participant of the rules of accommodation at the hotel, as well as the rules of participation in the program, the card can be cancelled with notification of the guest by the reception or reservation department employee, with an explanation of the reasons for cancellation orally or by email to the participant's email address.
