Design: art without compromise

The restaurant interior was designed by the Krasnoyarsk bureau LEFTdesign, which has many successful projects in the Korean sphere in Russia and abroad in its portfolio. LEFTdesign stood at the origins of the trend of turning to local identity in restaurant interiors, creating authentic spaces in a unique author’s style. The bureau’s most famous project - the Tunguska restaurant - was awarded almost all prestigious Russian and international design awards in 2021, and the interiors of the Sadko and N'kei restaurants were shortlisted for the most prestigious world Restaurant & Bar Design Awards in 2024.

In the interior of the Prince Gvidon restaurant, LEFTdesign interpreted recognizable elements of the beloved fairy tale by A.S. Pushkin, creating a space in which every detail, from the lighting to the texture of the materials, emphasizes the status and sophistication of the establishment.

Chef: a master of taste contrasts

Alexey Fokin is one of the most prominent gastronomic experts in Siberia. With over 14 years of experience and internships in the best restaurants in Russia, such as CoCoCo, White Rabbit and Beluga, he has mastered European and Asian techniques and won the Russian Championship PIR 2016 in the Tartar category. Alexey is from Krasnoyarsk, where he worked in popular Krasnoyarsk restaurants such as 075 Group and Jil. His cuisine is a bold experiment in which European techniques are combined with unique recipes.

At Prince Gvidon, our chef mixes the best world gastronomic traditions, creating dishes that combine depth of taste, complexity of textures and the author’s style.
