Tips and recommendations on the necessary security measures for making payments using a bank card:
1. take care of your plastic cards the same way you take care of cash. Don't forget them in your car, restaurant, store, etc.
2. never give your full credit card number over the phone to any person or company
3. always have the emergency phone number of the bank that issued your card at hand, and if you lose it, contact the bank immediately
4. only enter your card details when making a purchase. Never provide them for any other reason.
Cancellation of service
The consumer’s right to terminate the service agreement is regulated by Article 32 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights"
• The consumer has the right to terminate the service agreement at any time by paying the contractor a portion of the price proportional to the portion of the service rendered before receiving notice of termination of the said agreement and reimbursing the contractor for the expenses incurred by him up to that point in order to fulfill the agreement, if they are not included in the said portion of the service price;
• Upon the discovery of deficiencies in the service rendered, the consumer has the right to demand, at his discretion:
- free elimination of deficiencies;
- corresponding price reduction;
- reimbursement of expenses incurred by him for eliminating deficiencies on his own or by third parties;
• The consumer has the right to make claims related to deficiencies in the service rendered if they are discovered during the warranty period, and in its absence within a reasonable time, within two years from the date of acceptance of the service rendered;
• The contractor is liable for deficiencies in the service for which no warranty period is established, if the consumer proves that they arose before his acceptance of the service or for reasons that arose before that moment;
